For the application to work perfectly, it is essential that the PVIP 2216 video intercoms and TVIP 2221/2220 video terminals installed in your condominium are connected to the internet with a connection of good quality and with minimum upload and download bandwidth 50Mbps available.The application users smartphone must also be connected to the internet with a good quality connection.The SVIP Admin application is exclusively for condominiums with the SVIP 2000 system installed.
